Tidbits

I love fall. The colors are so beautiful, the smell of apples in the kitchen, going for hay rides at the orchard, squash(my favorite veggie=), and pumpkins, there is so much you can do with them, it's so much fun.

We already painted pumpkins, and I am saving the actual carving until later, so I let the boys hammer tees in their pumpkins(aka building hand eye coordination)

They had so much fun, even Lee got the hang of it.

Ryan was the one to sit the longest, I think he sat there for 1/2 hour pounding in the tees and taking them out to do it all over again.

Dan's parents came over Saturday night for a visit. Since Dan had to work, I took them to see him at the course. We took a drive all over to see the "new" course, it was fun to be able to show them. And since the bulldozing has not started yet they got to see the fire damage also, still a sad sight to see, but hopefully next spring a new building will be up and running.

Grandma brought 3 little cakes for the boys to decorate, so after church they couldn't wait to get started. I think more got in their mouth than on the cake, but that's what made it so fun!!

Playing in the basement, Jason wanted to build the "bestest" thing ever. And with Grandpa's help, I think they did!
Ryan putting on the final blocks....will it stand?????

YES!!!! They were so proud

Thanks for coming Grandpa and Grandma!!
