So, Jason has started a 3 year old preschool. He goes Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 8:30 to 11:30. Yesterday was his first day, and to say the least, drop off was not enjoyable. But I made it out the door, and to the van, before I started crying(if you know me I get pretty emotional over the little things) Jason did not want to stay, I know things will get better once he gets adjusted to it all, and hope he has tons of fun. When I went to pick him up, Ryan and Lee were sleeping in the van, so I quickly went in to get Jason, who started crying as soon as he saw me. The teachers assured me that he did good and had fun. When we got home, Ryan woke up, saw Jason and ran to him. Giving him a big hug, he said over and over, "I miss you Jason", and Jason hugging back saying, "missed you too buddy". The tears started again, I told you they were inseparable.
So that brings me to this morning, busy morning trying to get out of the house again by 8:00. Making it to school, Jason told me he has to go potty. So I got him out, and told him to wait by the van so I could get Ryan and Lee. Holding Lee I hear a woman's voice gasping followed by a chuckle, I turn to see Jason, pants down to the ankles, peeing in the grass.(This is right in front of the entrance may I mind you) Being the calm and collected mom I am ;), I quickly pull up his pants and apologize to the lady. Looking around to see if anyone else saw, yep, two other cars pulling up to the door, and another mom walking her daughter in. Just a little embarrassing. After talking to Jason, and reminding him to go in the toilet, drop off was done with no tears. Partly because I wanted to get out of there asap!
There's never a dull moment with the Koops boys!!!(right Joy!)
