Two peas in a pod

With Jason being at school 3 mornings a week, Ryan and Lee have become 2 peas in a pod. They get along so good together. Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that all my boys are the "bestest" of friends, but when they have the chance to play with just one brother, they become best buds. When my 3 year old and 2 year old have that chance to play...watch out! They have a radar for mischief. My first reaction was to get frustrated, and say, "you have GOT to be kidding me". But after the first month of school, I realized, and recognized, their creativity. I was a very creative kid, always turning everyday household items into something else. And when I got together with my best bud(my neighbor Emily) we had an unstoppable imagination. I am so happy to see my kids growing that kind of imagination. The kind that doesn't come from TV or video games, it comes from a passion inside. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see it...
The toy shelf = bunk beds

Toilet paper = birthday party

Lee's closet = rocket ship(yes Ryan's feet are in the diaper pail)

Climbing on the counter and hanging their name trains on the light = Ryan teaching Lee about magnets

Covering themselves with stuffed animals = mommy can't find us

too many bubbles in tub = Lee dumping out bottle of wash with jets on

Thank you God for the gift of imagination!!!(and a sense of humor=)
