Great Wolf Lodge

Over this past weekend, Dan and I got to take the boys to Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky. Dan's boss recognized how much work he did over the summer and all the time spent away from family, so he gave Dan a long weekend off and sent us to Sandusky. Thanks to him(and Country Club of Detroit) we got to spend time together and "reconnect" as a family, it was wonderful. The boys LOVED(understatement) every minute.

The water park

I needed to buy new life jackets for the boys, and after a lot of searching I found these "Puddle Jumpers". The BEST buy I have ever made. They love wearing them, and they could all swim on their own, did I mention they love wearing them?! The old life jackets didn't even keep them up and they hated putting them on. It made our weekend all the more enjoyable.

the boys favorite spot(and ours) love, love, love hot tubs!

We spent a lot of our time on the tube rides. Jason was a little scared at first and let his little brothers go first, Lee giggling the whole time, and Ryan asking to go again and again, Jason finally tried it, he loved it, and of course cried when we said we were done and had to go.

8pm bedtime show...

and story.

The room was nice. The boys got a little cabin all to themselves, on one side were bunk beds, and the other was a day bed for Lee(the poor little guy fell out of bed the first night, so we got a pack n' play for him after that) Everyone slept pretty good, well, when they actually fell asleep.

Getting ready to leave, and where is Ryan you ask? All those late night and early mornings were kicking in...he is on the floor crying for someone to carry him, time to go home!
