My parents decided to come over for a visit this weekend, so we spent the day at
Westview Orchards, yes Detroit has Orchards, but you have to drive a half hour(or more) to get to any! It felt so good to be "in the country" again. It was a beautiful fall day, the boys LOVED it. We spent 4 hours there, playing and laughing with Grandpa and Grandma.

Jason driving the tractor, they had a huge play area for kids.

Climbing the "Hay
Mountain". It brought back memories for me, growing up and playing in the barn on the hay bales, ah the good old days.

They had a giant slide they called the "Black Hole". Jason loved it, I do have to say it was fun, but very bumpy! Jason rode it over and over with Grandpa and Grandma.

We took a wagon ride over to the corn maze and walked around, we didn't get lost, but we didn't find everything you were supposed to either.

Jason and Ryan had fun petting and feeding the baby animals. Ryan cried when we left them, but I had to get him out of there, he; being the very
curious one, started to pick up the animal droppings and you all know what year
olds do when they pick something up.

I couldn't leave without going to the pumpkin patch. You could pick any pumpkin for 8 dollars, so of course we had to find the biggest one, and I think we did!

It took Dad and I to lift it into the wagon, and Jason had to help push it out of the patch. Ryan just loved the ride.
